Song meaning[edit | edit source]
In "Poprocks & Coke" the narrator describes his close relationship with his friend. He describes that he will be there for his friend no matter the circumstances.
The song name was derived from "pop rocks", a candy which crackles in one's mouth, and the soda coke. There were schoolyard rumors that simultaneously eating pop rocks and drinking soda would cause an explosion. It is unknown how it describes the relationship. The title may simply be a play on the name of the music genre "pop rock".
