"The Judge's Daughter" is the tenth and final song on 39/Smooth, and it is also on 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours but not as the last track.
According to Billie Joe Armstrong, the song is about a crush he had on a judge's daughter back in high school. He thought her dad would throw him in jail.[1]
"The Judge's Daughter" is played live very infrequently.
