"Take Back" is the 15th track on Nimrod. It is a hardcore punk song, and like most songs in that genre, it a little over a minute in length. It comes after "Reject" and before "King for a Day".
"Take Back" is rarely played live, though it was performed at Warfield on October 13, 2005.[1]

The song is about the narrator starting a violent, bloody fight with somebody who has hurt him in the past.
